All shipping is provided by FEDEX Ground. Weight, distance and cost are calculated live through FEDEX servers.
DEFECTIVE
All Defective product need to be claimed within 3 days after it is recieved.
RETURN POLICY
1. All products can be returned within 14 days after it is recieved.
2. All products can only be returned if is defective. Please understand that as a wholesaler, our prices are very low and the profits are limited.
3. When a product is returned, the original box is needed.
4. When returning the item, you will be responsible for it until it arrives to our wharehouse. To avoid trouble, we suggest that use a shipping method that issues tracking number and that you insure the package.
5. Please understand that we can only accept items for return or exchange that are in their original resalable condition and that hace received a RAN. Any items returned dirty or used will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to the purchaser.
6. Shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
CANCEL ORDER
1. If any order needs to be canceled, please notify us before 5:30 pm at the same day the order is placed.
2. There will be a 5% restocking fee for all cancelled orders if it iscanceled the next day.
RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
1. All return merchandise need to have a return merchandise authorization number. We cannot accept any return merchandise that has no RMA number
2. Please state the invoice number, quantity, item number, your company name, the contact name of where the merchandise was shipped to, the shipping address, and the description of the proplems of the merchandise.
